By booking a journey with Norfolk Transfers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Payment

•All bookings require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your date and time.

•The remaining balance is due 72 hours before your journey.

•Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, card, or other pre-agreed options.

•Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received and you receive written confirmation from us.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

•Booking fees are non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel.

•If you cancel more than 72 hours before your journey, no additional charges will apply.

•If you cancel within 72 hours, the full balance is payable.

•No-shows or missed pick-ups will be charged in full.

3. Delays & Waiting Time

•We monitor travel conditions to ensure prompt pick-ups, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, or extreme weather.

•If you are delayed (e.g., at an airport), a grace period of 30 minutes is allowed. After that, waiting time charges may apply.

•Please ensure you provide accurate pick-up information.

4. Luggage & Personal Belongings

•Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Norfolk Transfers accepts no liability for lost or damaged items during the journey.

•Please inform us of any oversized or excess luggage in advance.

5. Pet Transport Terms

•All pets must be secured appropriately during transport (e.g., in a carrier or with a harness).

•For European travel, it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure pets meet all travel, vaccination, and documentation requirements.

•We are happy to assist and advise, but cannot be held liable for refused entry at borders due to incorrect paperwork or missing certificates.

•Pets must not be aggressive or pose a danger to the driver or others. Any damages caused by pets during the journey may be chargeable.

6. Conduct & Safety

•We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a journey if a passenger behaves in a threatening, abusive, or unsafe manner.

•Seatbelts must be worn at all times.

•Alcohol, smoking, or the use of illegal substances is not permitted in the vehicle.

7. Liability

•While every effort is made to provide a reliable and safe service, Norfolk Transfers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or expense resulting from delays, cancellations, or issues beyond our control.

8. Insurance & Licensing

•All journeys are covered by appropriate insurance, and our vehicles and drivers are fully licensed and DBS checked.

9. Changes to Terms

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
